We have been teaching and practicing a variety of forms of health and wellness since 2003. We bring our unique approach of simplifying ancient healing methods so all might better participate. Our goals include wellness, relaxation, mindfulness, pain relief, and a better more healthful you. Our study continues - and so does our practice.
