QiGong Movement

 

is an exercise of soft gentle movement, mindfulness, meditation, and gentle breath work designed to create a more healthful you.

With roots in ancient China, QiGong is a healing system, it is the "mother" of Tai Chi, and sometimes called "Chinese Yoga".

QiGong Movement is the result of a twelve year study and practice of QiGong. Both seated and standing forms may be included, with practice it improves balance, strength, mindfulness, relaxation, and health and well being.
