an exercise program made up of QiGong and Yoga movement.

Back & ABS is an exercise of changing routines for core strengthening, range of motion, balance, and flexibility.

It is a study of pain relief, "back-ache" relief, balance, sciatica relief - and general core conditioning. 

This program was developed after a three year study of back pain, back pain relief, siatica relief, core strengthening, and movement.
